By visiting our website, purchasing one of our themes, or using our design and development services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’ve kept things simple, honest, and clear, just how we like to do business.
Using Our Website & Services
When you use our site or services, you’re agreeing that:
You’re at least 18 years old (or using our site with permission from a parent/guardian).
You’ll use our products and services only for lawful purposes.
You won’t copy, resell, or redistribute our themes without permission.
You won’t use our code, designs, or assets in ways that violate copyright or Shopify’s terms.
Theme Purchases
When you buy a theme from Fresco Solution, it’s yours to use for one store unless otherwise stated. You can customize it as much as you like, but you can’t resell it or share it with others.
Please review the theme features and compatibility before purchase. Since themes are digital products, we don’t offer refunds once they’re downloaded, unless there’s a major issue on our end.
Custom Services
For services like Shopify store setup, design, or custom development, we’ll work closely with you to understand your needs. Our timelines and pricing will be discussed up front. Once work has started, refunds may not be possible, but we’re always happy to make reasonable revisions within the agreed scope.
Payments
We accept secure payments through trusted providers. For service-based projects, we may require partial or full upfront payment depending on the project size.
Support
We provide basic support for our themes and services for a reasonable period after delivery. This includes fixing bugs or issues related to our work, but doesn’t include unrelated Shopify problems or third-party app troubleshooting (unless we agreed on it as part of your package).
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any information you provide to us stays between us, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We never sell or misuse your data.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly, but we can’t be held responsible for issues caused by third-party apps, changes to the Shopify platform, or unauthorized changes to our code. We also can’t guarantee that using our themes or services will guarantee more sales (though we sure hope it helps!).
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time, especially as our business or Shopify evolves. If we make big changes, we’ll do our best to let you know.
